We need lots of volunteers to make this race a success. Pre-registration table - Ideally 2 people working the table. You will ask the runner or walker for their bib number. With 2 people working the table, there will be one person for the runners and 1 person for the walkers. You will get the shirt, if pre-ordered from the t-shirt “gopher.” You will give the runner or walker their bag, bib # and shirt (if ordered). |

Late-registration table - Ideally 2 people working the table. You will take the participant’s registration form, making sure that all information is filled out and signed. Then take the money, if paying by check mark the check # on the entry form. You will get the shirt, if they want one from the t-shirt “gopher.” You will give the runner or walker their bag, bib # and shirt (if they want one). |

T-shirt “gopher” - Ideally 2 people, one for pre-registered and one for late registration. You will pick the t-shirt that the registration people ask for and hand it to them. |

Blueberry race merchandise table - Only 1 person is required, although 2 people could work the table. You will sell the t-shirts, lanyards and glasses from previous races. You will keep track of how many of each item are sold. The sheet will be premade with all the items on it. You just put one hash mark per item sold. You will also have a price sheet. |

Post race goodie table - Ideally 2 people working the table(s). You will set out the post race goodies and keep them stocked until all the goodies are gone. |

Water stop table - At least 2 people working the table. One will fill cups and the others will hand out the cups to the runners and walkers until the last person has gone by. |

Road corner guides - I need 8 people, as there are 8 corners on the race route. You will stand on the corner directing the runners & walkers along the race route, while letting traffic know that there are people on the road. There will be road barricades that you will move out into the intersection when you get to the intersection. Then once you are told that the runners and walkers are past the next intersection, move the barricade out of the way of traffic. |

Finish Line Help - Ideally 2 people will be needed. One will put the bib tags on a spindle. The other will be a go between, between the finish line and the timing computer. |
